Adam Sandler: Love You, Netflix

was it too casual or perfect?

Including my notes as I wrote them below:

• opening filmed like a movie, very strange

• in his full slob outfit - leaning in or just like that

• Computer issue fake or real

• Was the fight real or set up?

• This is so chaotic it reads like a basement show

• Lots of short stories with long setups

  • Not a lot of “laughs per minute” but he talks so fast and still entertaining

• Lots of stories made up, which is not generally my vibe, but they’re still working

• Muttering western song so good

• Lots of potty and p*nis jokes

• Very silly and fantastical

• All the stories are like if kids were playing a “what if” game ex what if you met a genie in an airport

The finale song makes the entire special worth watching. It made me cry.
